Resep Kakiage Sosis (untuk 4 porsi)
Bahan:
1 buah wortel
1 buah bawang bombai
50 gr horenso
14 pcs Sosis Kanzler Beef Cocktail
Bahan tepung kering:
70 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
¼ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica
Bahan tepung basah:
120 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
15 gr maizena
1 butir kuning telur
300 ml air es
Bahan cocolan tempura (tentsuyu):
4 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm mirin
2 sdm gula pasir
5 gr konbu
3 sdm bonito
300 ml air
Lainnya:
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Langkah:
1. Panaskan wajan, masukkan mirin, masak sesaat lalu masukkan kecap asin, gula pasir, air, dan konbu, masak hingga mendidih
2. Masukkan bonito flakes, matikan api, sisihkan
3. Potong wortel bentuk korek api, iris bawang bombai dan potong horenso, pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk
4. Potong Kanzler Beef Cocktail, pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk kemudian masukkan tepung terigu, garam, dan merica, aduk rata
5. Di dalam wadah terpisah, campurkan air es, kuning telur, tepung terigu, dan maizena, aduk rata
6. Siapkan wadah, ambil sedikit sayuran lalu tuang sedikit tepung basah, aduk rata
7. Masukkan ke dalam minyak yang telah panas, tekan-tekan hingga menyatu, goreng hingga kering, tiriskan
8. Bakwan jepang siap disajikan

Sausage Kakiage Recipe (yield 4 servings)
Ingredients:
1 pc carrot
1 pc onion
50 g horenzo
14 pc Kanzler Beef Cocktail Sausage
Dry Coat ingredients:
70 g all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Wet Batter ingredients:
120 g all-purpose flour
15 g cornstarch
1 pc egg yolk
300 ml ice water
Tempura Dipping Sauce (Tentsuyu) ingredients:
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
5 g konbu
3 tbsp bonito
300 ml water
Others:
Oil for frying
Steps:
1. Heat the pan. Add mirin and cook for a moment. Then, add soy sauce, sugar, water, and konbu. Bring to a boil.
2. Add bonito flakes. Turn the heat off and set aside.
3. Slice the carrot into matchsticks. Slice the onion and horenzo. Transfer to a bowl.
4. Slice Kanzler Beef Cocktail Sausages. Add into the bowl, then add flour, salt, pepper. Mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, combine ice water, egg yolk, flour, and cornstarch. Mix well.
6. Prepare a bowl. Get some of the veggie mix and pour some of the wet batter. Mix well.
7. Add it to hot oil. Push the sliced veggies into one and fry until crispy. Set aside.
8. Sausage Kakiage is ready to serve.
