Ingredients
2 kg of pork belly.
Garlic.

Then 3 days in the fridge.

Wrap in parchment.
2 teaspoons of majoran.
1 teaspoon of thyme.

Wrap each piece in parchment paper.
Put in the freezer for a few hours.
4 potatoes.
