If you do not do some sort of eye training for your sport, you're leaving yourself at a huge disadvantage. Start with the fundamentals of eye training to improve your performance and build excellent neuromuscular performance.

Many players ignore eye training in their sport, completely forgetting that the eyes are where the majority of the information feeds into their brains.

Learn the three fundamental components of eye training. These are the same types of fundamentals that you might look at in any other physical exercise.

Then, you'll get 3 exercises to help you start building up these eye training fundamentals and improve your performance, whether you're a professional or just enjoy a pick-up game on the weekends.

To get this down really well, there is a baseline minimum for training. Do this routine at least three times a week. If you want to be an overachiever, go for it! Do as many sets as you want, as long as you do three sets three days a week.
