Hello !!!

Ingredients:
1) Pork meat - 5 kg (or 50% of the total mass of minced meat)
2) Chicken meat - 3 kg (or 30% of the total mass)
3) Lard or pork fat - 2 kg (or 20% of the total mass)
4) Seasonings for meat and sausages (any) - to taste.
5) Salt to taste - for 10 kg of minced meat it took 2 tablespoons of salt.
6) A glass of water - if the minced meat is 10 kg (if less, then there is proportionally less water).
7) 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
8) Pork intestines.
