Distinct from versions one and two, the Alphafly 3 has a continuous midsole design engineered to deliver smoother transitions from landing to take-off. The carbon fibre FlyPlate is slightly wider in the midfoot area to provide greater stability. It’s also Nike’s lightest Alphafly ever. The shoes feel incredibly propulsive and energetic to run in, yet at same time highly cushioned and protective.

This combination makes them a phenomenal option for longer distance races such as half marathons and marathons, for a wide spectrum of runners from elites to amateurs.
