If you have had a conversation with me at some point over the last year, you know just how obsessed I am with meditation. It has dramatically changed my life– and I don't say that lightly. I use Headspace to meditate every day and can't recommend it enough. The practice has helped me reduce anxiety and manage some of my OCD symptoms.
