Email hygiene is often neglected by average internet users. Most do not consider an email address to be sensitive information. Using just one or maybe two email addresses across several websites is not secure practice. Doing so would make your email your weakest link. If your email is hacked its game over. Users could rather use burner emails to protect their privacy. It is something like an alias to your personal email. Any email you receive to your burner email address would be forwarded to your personal email address.
