▶ Ingredients ◀ 10 sausage breads
🔥 Preheat to 375℉(190℃), bake at 356℉(180℃) for 10-11 minutes


✏ Bread dough
135g milk
50g eggs
30g sugar
5g salt
4g instant dry yeast
260g bread flour
25g unsalted butter


10 sausages
5 slices of cheese
ketchup
mayonnaise
parsley


✏ Egg wash
20g eggs
10g milk



◼ Storage method ◼
- After individually packaging in an OPP bag, store at room temperature and consume within 2 days. If you want to eat it for a long time, store it in the freezer and then thaw it at room temperature before eating it.
