When I discovered hygge at the beginning of my minimalism journey, I was intrigued by this cozy and intentional practice. After re-discovering the art of creating a hygge home, I began implementing these changes. What amazed me was how this helped me to become a calmer parent and my kids seemed less stimulated too.
