I use this fun pop song to get my class warming up those back and side muscles as well as the legs. I usually put it as a second or third warm-up song after the initial songs gets everyone moving.

Please excuse me for starting on the wrong foot for the 2nd kick during the last set of refrains (it's supposed to be 4 sets of kicks right, then 4 sets of kicks left instead of alternating for 8).
