Bought the Logjam micro stomp box, and this is the first test drive of it. The unit requires no batteries and plugs into an amp via a standard jack connector. Connected it to the Boss Street Cube 2 into the instrument port, turned the Bass all the way up, added a little bit of treble and no highs. If you have a bass amp it would sound even better. However it works really well through the Street Cube. It needs to be on a different inpu to the guitar as you require a full Bass sound, to emulate a Cajon or Kick Drum. Quality manufacture.
