WatchHerWork.org is a New York based non-profit organization dedicated to redefining mentorship in young women ages 14 to 25. Through a comprehensive mentorship program, we are bridging the gap between current and future influencers and innovators in an effort to promote both personal and professional growth in the areas of arts, entertainment and entrepreneurship.
