Calling all wizards, witches, and muggles! I tried out (and modified) two butterbeer recipes! One with alcohol, and one without. I hope you enjoy this magical cooking adventure and try out one of the recipes!

Alcoholic butterbeer cocktail recipe:

Modifications to the above recipe: 1) I changed the butterscotch syrup recipe to make it vegan. It was a very easy swap, I just changed the butter in the recipe to be vegan butter. 2) I used spiced rum instead of "dark aged rum", and I used butterscotch schnapps instead of "butterscotch liqueur". (Is that the same thing? I have no idea). 3) I used the whipped topping from the Nerdy Mama butterbeer recipe on top of this guy and also added agave at the end!
