Hey guys, we all know that constipation, bloating and slow digestion is no fun and not even that great or comfortable to talk about, but you know sometimes we deal with this and the rebounder has great benefits on improving your digestive track. Rebounding to Keep You Regular will get things moving if you know what I mean! So currently I am dealing with a little bit of this and I created a routine to help us get things going. Quite literally This routine is not an athletic workout, but rather a routine that focuses on stress reduction, relaxation, and deep breathing as we gently bounce on the rebounder. It is a stress relieving rebounding method and hopefully a stimulating routine to your digestive system. We will be bouncing for 10 minutes and it’s just as if you would go for a walk or run will be simply bouncing up and down for a well rounded health bounce to hopefully relieve constipation and bloating.
