The Albuquerque River of Lights is the number one holiday lights show in New Mexico! The beautiful holiday lights light up the ABQ Bio Park Botanic Gardens is a magical wonderland just waiting to be explored!

The Albuquerque River of Lights is located at the Albuquerque BioPark Botanic Gardens 2601 Central Ave NW on Route 66! Even though the event is called the river of lights, the holiday lights are not on the river. The Albuquerque Botanic Gardens runs parallel to the River within the botanic garden boundaries.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and reserved by the hour. Parking is much more manageable this way, but for the weekend leading up to Christmas I would suggest the park and ride that is free from the Albuquerque Zoo.
