They’re also super easy to make: the dough comes together in no time and, after a chilling step, is a joy to handle. Recipe :
Yeast :10g - 2 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 30g - 2 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk : 90g - 1/3 cup + 2 tsp
Husk : 10g - 2 tbsp
Water : 150 g - 2tbsp + 1/2 cup
Corn Flour : 160g - 1 1/3 cup +1 tbsp
Millet flour: 130g - 3/4th cup + 3 1/2 tbsp
Sorgum flour : 25g + 3 tbsp
Xanthan gum : 5 gm - 2 tsp
Salt : 5 g - 1 tsp
Baking powder : 8g + 2 tsp
Coconut milk : 80 g - 1/4th cup
