An amazing cherry tomato tart from the woodfired oven - a crispy puff pastry base with intensely flavoured baked tomatoes; really a taste of summer on your plate.
David is using the refractory oven to bake it but you can cook the tart easily in a metal woodfired oven and also in your regular kitchen oven too.
