Peppers in garlic are part of the winter soup that I always make for the winter. very easy and quick to make, especially for women who don't have much time.
they last throughout the winter and remain crispy. no cooking, no soaking, everything is made very quickly
required ingredients

4 kg of cleaned peppers
80 g of salt
60ml of oil
80 g of sugar
180 ml vinegar 9%
700 ml of water
2 g of preservatives
1 head of garlic
fresh plum
wash the peppers and remove the seeds, cut them in half. arrange in a larger pot.
make a mixture of the above ingredients and pour over the peppers. cover the peppers and let them rest until the next day. stir occasionally.
the next day pour into jars and pour from the liquid in which the peppers were.
