Currently, I'm savoring the culinary delights of Kabul, nestled along Shinwari Street in the vibrant district of Shahr-e-naw. Get ready to indulge in a feast of Kabuli specialties including succulent Beef Kebab, Tekkeh Kebab, flavorful Uzbeki Qabeli Palaw, Karahi, and the iconic Watani Burger. Stay tuned for a journey through taste sensations.

Torsakun Shinwari is a culinary wonder, we experienced the exquisite flavors of their White Karahi, where a whole lamb is expertly prepared and transformed into succulent minced meat cooked with a tantalizing blend of spices. 🔥 we also had their Afghan Kebab Digi, featuring grilled lamb shoulders turned into flavorful Chopan kebabs, cooked to perfection and served on Afghan bread for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Then we head over to Kondoz Kebab Kabul for a feast of delectable Afghan kebabs like Beef and Lamb Tekkeh Kebab, and specialty Beef Koobideh Kebab. We enjoyed juicy kebabs grilled over charcoal and adorned with tomatoes, along with a rich serving of Uzbeki Qabeli Palaw infused with meat, rice, carrots, and raisins for a symphony of flavors.

Finally we treated ourself to the unique taste of Watani Burger, a street food sensation in Kabul that captures the essence of Afghan cuisine. This flavorful delight combines boiled eggs, crispy potatoes, fresh veggies, and a medley of sauces and spices, all nestled in bread for a tantalizing blend of tastes and textures. 🌯🇦🇫
