Focus on what works.

One of the main reasons why agency owners struggle to sign clients is due to their impulsiveness.

They feel the need to constantly change things, when there is no need to change them at all.

It’s so easy to fall into this trap because you use ‘improvement’ as the reason to constantly re-iterate.

Now I’m a big fan of improving things, however, if something is working & it’s doing what I need it to do, I do not lay a finger on it.

Me trying to improve an existing winning formula, can easily destroy the entire process.

This is what so many agency owners tend to do.

They fall into the trap of thinking that they need to constantly change things & reiterate.

The truth of the matter is that once you have a system that works & is hitting your minimum KPIs, don’t bother messing with it.

Simply scale it up.

That’s literally all you need to do to get clients on a consistent basis.

The minute you start tweaking things & fall into the improvement trap, is the minute where you put yourself at risk of having everything fall apart.

In this video, I’m going to be sharing the importance of sticking with winning processes & why deviating from it can lead you to struggle with signing clients.
