🔔 Cucumber side dish. (1T=rice spoon)
1 cucumber (300g), salt 1T (7g), minced garlic 1/3T (3g), sesame oil 1T, a pinch of salt, sesame powder 1T (10g), roasted whole sesame seeds 1/2T.
✨ Cucumber side dish. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice the cucumber.
2. Add 1T (7g) salt to the cucumber and mix. Let sit for 20 minutes.
3. Drain the water after 20 minutes.
4. Add the cucumber, minced garlic 1/3T (3g), sesame oil 1T, a pinch of salt and mix.
5. Add 1T (10g) perilla powder and 1/2T roasted whole sesame seeds and mix.
