《Ingredient》

Water, sugar, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, liquid chicken stock
frozen Chinese naengmyeon noodle
peanut butter
blanched shrimp
egg
cucumber, carrot, enoki mushroom, imitation crab

《Recipe》

1. Make soup by mixing 500ml water, 1 spoon of chicken stock, 2 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of soy sauce and 3 spoons of vinegar
2. Place the soup into freezer. (best to boil the soup once before placing it in freezer)
3. Slice 1/3 cucumber, 1/3 carrot as garnish.
4. Make a egg crepe and slice into thin strings.
5. Boil water in a pot.
6. Dissolve 1 spoon of peanut butter in 1 spoon of warm water and pinch of salt.
7. Soften noodle by putting into boiling water.
8. Wash softened noodle in cold water and remove noodle from water while blanching shrimp and enoki mushroom in the boiling water used for noodle.
9. Put garnish on top of noodle and pour cold soup on top.
10. Put dissolved peanut butter on top of the noodle and pour few drops of sesame oil.
11. If it's not cold enough, put some ice in.
