《Ingredients》
Chinese noodle, Pork, Chunjang(Black bean paste)
Squash, Onion, Ginger
Oyster sauce, Sugar, Soy sauce, Starch, MSG

《Recipe》
1. Chop little pork, 1 large onion, 1/4 squash into dices.
2. Put 5 spoons of cooking oil into a pan and heat with medium heat.
3. Mince 1 spoon amount of ginger.
4. Insert chopped pork and little onion with minced ginger into the heated pan and stir fry with high-fire.
5. Once pork is fully cooked, put in rest of veggies with 1/2 spoon of soy sauce.
6. Once veggies are cooked, insert 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1.5 full spoon of black bean paste and little water and stir fry. (at this point taste to see if more black bean paste is needed)
7. If it taste right, insert little starch water.
if you want deeper taste, insert 1 pinch of MSG
8. Cook chinese noodle.
9. Pour sauce on top of noodle and dig in!
