In today's video I’m incorporating two small water features using solar fountain pumps from the company, ‪@poposoapbrand‬

Since we have such a nice forest area out back and so many birds, I wanted to add a nice, refreshing bird bath complete with a very small fountain. The POPOSOAP 6 watt pump worked great!

We wanted a fountain on our back deck since it’s more protected than our front porch. I love the idea of hearing the sound of water as we go in and out from the back door. I used a large ceramic container, plugged the drain holes and placed the 12 watt fountain on an overturned bucket inside it. Then I filled it with large, lightweight items (empty milk jugs and plastic garden pots to take up space without adding weight) then topped it off with river rock and filled it with water!

The POPOSOAP fountains worked really well. Since they’re solar powered, it’s important to make sure the panel is in a sunny location. Keep in mind that weather will impact operation. I love how the long cord allows some flexibility…you can place the fountain in the shade while putting the panel in the sun.
