Warnings are out in the Caribbean with Tropical Storm Bret now moving in. Bret could become a hurricane before moving into Barbados, St. Lucia, Dominica, and Martinique. Strong winds will lead to power loss, and torrential rain will cause flooding and mudslides. Life-threatening flooding will be a concern near bridges and river crossings.

Behind Bret, Tropical Depression 4 will become Tropical Storm Cindy. Cindy will move close to the Northeast Caribbean, before curving. It may get close to Bermuda and Eastern Canada.

This is the first time there are two systems in June east of the Caribbean. This is a historic start to the Hurricane Season.
