We are combining strength and cardio for a no-equipment hybrid workout to build muscle and burn fat! This is all low impact and knee-friendly workout for an intense push! We will also be following a no-repeat superset format which will make the 30 minutes fly by! This is a full-body workout, so we will be combining multiple muscle groups throughout each round!

During our strength and cardio supersets, aim to keep a moderate to quick pace while marinating good form to build muscle and cardio endurance! This is a full-body workout, so we will be combining multiple muscle groups throughout each round!
