I'm no longer allowing a broken foot in stopping me from getting my fitness on.
I found 5 various chair workout videos from big YouTube channels that I thought I'd try out-giving you my honest review. Ranging from 10 minutes-30 minutes, there are videos for anyone and everyone, no matter your level of fitness level or capabilities.
These are all sitting exercises, but that doesn't mean they are easy. I definitely broke a sweat and burned some muscle in these videos.
