Hey There! Join me for a twenty five minute Chair Yoga Sequence. This class is perfect for those dealing with any limited mobility issues, such as nursing an injury, healing from a knee or hip replacement, or just have trouble getting up and down from the ground. And also a great class for seniors or if your caring around extra weight . We do stretching and strengthening in the chair then come to standing for some balance work and more stretching. It's a great well rounded chair Yoga Sequence perfect for any level of student, especially good for a beginner or if you just want to take it slow.
