Ingredients for Chana Masala:
Suji (Semolina) - 100 gms
Fresh Curd - 100 gms
Sweet Corn - 2 TBSP
Finely Cut Carrot - 2 TBSP
Finely Cut Capsicum - 2 TBSP
Chopped Green Chilli - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1TSP
Salt to Taste
Tadka with Black Mustard and Curry Leaves
Baking Soda - 1/4 TSP
Processed Cheese - Cut to Small Cubes
Cooking Oil - 2 TBSP
Pls Note: TBSP: Table Spoon, TSP: Tea Spoon. Use same cup for all measurements
