Schezwan Chilli Paneer - Chinese Style Starter. @SeemasDishDiaries
Ingredients:
Fresh Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 250 gms
Refined Wheat Flour (Maida) - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Little Salt
Cooking Oil to Fry
Crushed Cashews - 1 TBSP
Dry Red Pepper - 1
Finely Chopped Garlic - 2 TBSP
Sliced Onion - 1
Sliced Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper - 1 each
Slit Green Chillies - 2-3
Ginger Julienne - 1 TBSP
Black Pepper Powder - 1 TSP
Schezwan Sauce - 2 TBSP
Soy Sauce - 1 TSP
Tomato Ketchup - 1 TBSP
Salt to Taste
Corn Flour Slurry - 1 TBSP Corn Flour in 1/2 cup water
