Title: Cosmic Odyssey

A bit of my process creating this track.

It all started with rediscovering my Yamaha delay E1005 while rearranging my studio. Curious to see how it would sound with my Moog Mother-32, I connected it and began playing around. Soon, I added a Casio SK8 to the mix, using the external audio input of the Mother-32 and started to play a simple melody.

To accompany the melody, I used the #KeystepPro and #Syntrx to craft an arpeggio. As I hummed a bassline, I remembered a patch I had created on the Prophet Rev2 that would be a good fit for the track. After reconnecting everything to the Keystep, I sequenced the melody on the Moog, the arpeggio on the Syntrx, and the bassline on the #ProphetRev2.

I decided to keep the Casio for live playing and used it to perform the intro and the additional accents. Overall, this was an incredibly fun and satisfying track to create. Please let me know what you think of it and what emotions or thoughts it brings to mind.
