I share my best tips for success in college, why grades don't define you (unlike in high school), and career advice. This is also great college advice for high school seniors who are looking to shift their mindset going into college. Career advice for young people is usually given by people who are way joined the workforce a long time ago (psst... their experience might be outdated), but the college advice in this video is designed for incoming grads who want to find jobs and not waste time stressing about unimportant things.
