The outdoors is open for everyone to enjoy, regardless of the ways others may choose to define us or imagine what is possible of us. For the British collective Black Trail Runners, their ambition is to contribute significant change in both representation and participation of Black and minority runners around the globe.​

With the founding belief that actions speak louder than words, BTR enter the first ever women of colour team at the adidas TERREX Infinite Trails race, taking place in Austria. Comprising Rachel Dench, Becky Devereux and Juliette Denny, the trio will each step onto a unique Gastein Valley mountain loop to complete – 21km, 35km or 44km.​

From training upon the rain-soaked slate trails of Eryri / Snowdonia, the three trailblazers find a more testing prospect before them having arrived in Austria, but are not daunted by the summits they will have to reach in their ambitions for BTR.​
