So I wanted Hamburger Helper and didn't have any, so I made my own...
2 pounds ground meat
Green Peppers
Onions
4 cups milk
2 cups water
Pasta of choice
Parmesan cheese
Seasoning to taste
Bring to boil and then simmer until pasta is tender.
Add garnishing of choice
