Breaking Bad probably needs know introduction. But there is one moment I have always been particularly fond of and it was right at the start of the series in the Pilot episode. The matches in the pool scene is my absolute favorite scene in the show because of how simple it is and how effective it is at humanizing Walter White. In television series filled with extravagant action scenes, it is this moment, accompanied by Dave Porter's beautiful score, that I am always thinking about.
