✨THE WORKOUT: 7-Minute Dumbbell Abs On The Mat (No Planks)✨

► EQUIPMENT: Medium Set of Dumbbells. We're using 10-15 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:

✔️ 7 Weighted Ab Exercises On the Mat
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work per exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Complete Each Exercise x1 Set (No Repeats)
