Hey welcome back to Andersons Smoke Show! Today I am going to share some of the best smoker appetizers that I have had so far, and thats my crazy good smoked cream cheese. I have made these recipes on several occasions for get togethers and people COULD NOT get enough of them!

Now for these smoked cream cheese you can use any smoker you'd like. Pellet grill, Pellet Smoker, Offset smoker, vertical smoker, etc. You can use any brand: Traeger, Camp Chef, Char-Griller, Green Mountain Grills, Lone star Grillz, Yoder Smokers, Char Griller Gravity fed 980, etc.

For this smoke I am using my offset smoker, my Char-Griller Grand Champ! The Char Griller Grand Champ XD is the perfect smoker for the job because I know that I can lay a thick smoke on this smoked cream cheese with this Char griller offset smoker!

This how to recipe is SUPER simple.

Smoked S'Mores Cream Cheese:

Take one block of cream cheese and season all 6 sides with your favorite sweet or all purpose BBQ rub. Score the surface to allow for more smoke absorption and place into your smoker that is set at 225F. At about 1 hour and 50 minutes. At this point place an entire Hershey's Chocolate Bar on top of the cream cheese. Immediately add about 6oz of marshmallow fluff and toast it with a torch if you have one. If not.... no worries.

Smoked Bacon Jalapeno Cream Cheese:

First off, lets be honest... this is better than any Jalapeno Popper dip out there! Heck its better than Jalapeno Poppers in general!

Take one block of cream cheese and season all 6 sides with your favorite spicy BBQ rub. Score the surface to allow for more smoke absorption and place into your smoker that is set at 225F. At the same time take one jalapeno pepper and cut it in half long ways, remove seeds and veins and smoke along side of the cream cheese. Also smoke bacon... about 10oz until its starting to transition from chewy to crispy. Once the smoked bacon is perfect, remove the bacon and jalapeno pepper and dice into small pieces.
Top the smoked cream cheese with the jalapeno and bacon.

Now that both of the cream cheeses are finished its time to try them! Now I like to pair the Bacon Jalapeno Cream Cheese with Club crackers and the Smoked Smores with graham crackers!
