Ingredients for gamjatang with dried radish leaves
2,9kg of pork backbone
200g dried radish greens
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of soybean paste
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of ginger extract
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
7 tablespoons of red pepper powder
5 tablespoons of perilla powder
1 root of green onion
6 liters of water

braised pork backbone
2 tablespoons of soybean paste
1 tablespoon of ginger
1 tablespoon of pepper
five laurel leaves
Water (to the point where bones are submerged)
