Materials
1 glass of water (200ml)
1 glass of milk (200ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
1 pack of yeast (10gr)
1 tablespoon of sugar
6 cups of flour (add in a controlled manner)

To grease the dough
100gr butter
1 teacup of oil

for inside
100g white cheese
100gr cheddar cheese

For the above
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of milk
