Demonstration of clinical Dry Cupping techniques to the abdominal region.

Generalised abdominal pain is on the increase and can be debilitating to the sufferer. Generalised pain can be linked to conditions such as daily stress, anxiety, active trigger points within the abdominal region or digestive disorders for example.

Clinical Vacuum Dry Cupping is an excellent way to reduce musculoskeletal pain and discomfort which can be liked to generalised abdominal pain.

In this short video Dawn Morse, founder of Core Elements Training, demonstrates vacuum Dry Cupping and mobility stretching techniques, using cat/cow and child's pose stretch.
