In this video, I will once again share with you a crispy dish made from egg white, which is coconut macaroons. We only need 3 simple and easy to find ingredients. Plus, it's very quick to make. These macaroons need to be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to avoid moisture. You can keep it up to 3-4 weeks.

INGREDIENTS:
For over 100g coconut macaroons (over 50 balls):
2 egg whites 68g
25g sugar
80g desiccated coconut
