If you happen to be in Omis area, be sure to visit one of its best beaches - Brzet beach. This gem is located near the city of Omis, about a 20-minute walk from the city center. 500-meters-long stretch of coast offers beautiful bays with crystal clear turquoise waters and a backdrop of the beautiful mountains. Parking area is available right behind the beach, making it easy for visitors to access it. It’s a small pebble beach, where green, recently grown fragrant pine trees provide shade on hot summer days. Brzet Beach has everything you need to relax: sunbeds, natural shade from the recently grown pine trees, public shower — you can even rent a Sup, Kayak or a Jetski here. Bars and restaurants are also available on the beach, providing refreshments and meals. Waters of this beach are a bit colder than others, as nearby Cetina river flows into the sea nearby, which is great during hot months of July and August. As the beach is facing west, you can always enjoy a fantastic view of the high mountains near Omis during the day, and a beautiful sunset if you decide to stay longer.
