A very simple way to make Ferrero Rocher and Ferrero Raffaello Chocolates at home.

************* START of RECIPE *************
Ferrero Rocher and Ferrero Raffaello both have the same set of steps with diff ingredients.
Step 1: Keep nuts ready
Step 2: Make Chocolate Balls, if you buy Ferrero Shells skip this step.
Step 3: Add filling and freeze
Step 4: Add outside coating and freeze

First, let’s see how to make Ferrero Rocher chocolate.

Take a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the hazelnuts. Bake in a preheated oven @ 350 F. Keep checking and remove them when they turn dark and the skin starts peeling off. It took 15 mins for us.
Now transfer the hazelnuts in a plain cloth. Rub the cloth well to remove all the skin as shown. Our roasted hazelnuts are ready.
Melt the milk chocolate using the double boiler method. Add chocolate in silicone semi-circular mould using a flat brush. Freeze for 15 mins and repeat and then again freeze for 15 mins. After 15 minutes carefully remove the cups from mould and place it on parchment paper. Then immediately fill the cups with Nutella using spoon or piping bags. Do not leave for long chocolate with start melting. Place the whole hazelnuts on one side and close the cups. Leave the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes.

For the outer coating take few roasted hazelnuts and chop them. Mix the chopped hazelnuts with the remaining melted milk chocolate.


Take balls one by one and dip in the prepared mixture as shown in the video. Freeze for 2 hours and yummy homemade Ferrero rocher is ready to eat. After two hours of freezing you can store them in a refrigerator for weeks but do not freeze for long it will become very hard.

Now let’s make Ferrero Raffaello Chocolate.


Add hot boiling water to almonds and keep aside for 10-12 mins. after that peal all almonds and keep them aside. Next, we melt the white chocolate using the double boiler method.
Next is to make white chocolate cups. Take the mould and brush white chocolate as shown in the video to make cups. Freeze the chocolate mould for 15 minutes. Take out of the freezer, fill the gaps, and again freeze for 15 minutes.
Now we need to make the filling. Take a cup of desiccated coconut and add condensed milk to it. Mix well to get a thick mixture. Add more condensed milk if needed. Our filing is ready.
After 15 minutes carefully remove the cups from mould and place on the parchment paper. Now fill the cups with coconut mixture using a spoon. Place the whole almond on one side and close the cups. Leave the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes. after 30 mins,
Take balls one by one and dip in the melted white chocolate which we prepared earlier. then roll in desiccated coconut. Freeze for 2 hours and yummy Ferrero Raffaello is ready.
