Here, I share my exercises for seniors: A routine of easy exercises to help seniors maintain muscle mass.

The cardio exercise routine lasts 20 minutes, plus warm-up and stretching.

→ 💪 We work on: Arms + Legs + Abs
→ ⏰ Time: Main Routine (20 min) + Warm-up (8 min) + Stretching (7 min)
→ 🥊 Equipment: A stable chair and two dumbbells. Mine are 2 kg each.

→ 7 Exercises, 10 repetitions each

08:39 Series 1: Arms + Shoulders + Back
→ 10 Exercises, 10 repetitions each

20:08 Series 2: Glutes + Abs + Legs
→ 10 Exercises, 10 repetitions each

32:19 Stretching
→ 11 Exercises, 30 seconds each
