I enjoy mixing materials in just about any project. In this project, I extract a mountain out of some steel shelving material. I then build a frame from some scraps I had in the shop.

In previous projects using metal, I had gone to the trouble of welding bolts on the back. The bolts would then be used to fasten the metal to the wood. I try a new method, and it is a definite improvement. Using magnets glued to wood screws allowed me to mount the mountains to the background, and was much simpler.
