Crocodile or alligator leather is susceptible to deterioration. Very brittle on bends and finicky leather.

The restoration begins with detaching the shoulder strap of the man's bag. Next, clean the belt and bag from dust and dirt.
Afterwards we give the bag a crash test. We bend it in all directions to expose the bursting scales. Now the bag is ready for the main part of the restoration.
We apply liquid leather and build up the corners of the bag and new scales. We select the shade of black in the most intact places on the bag and paint it first locally, then entirely.
