The name of this cuisine is called "Nom Ban Chok Teuk Ma Hech" នំបញ្ចូកទឹកម្ហិច at Kampot province. They need to make a new and hot noodle and the soup is just water with seafish (seafish soup) and a lot of water. In the plate, they need to put mixed vegetable adding white noodle on top and pouring soup. The taste is good and the price is just 1,500 riel (very cheap). The location of Nom Banchok Teuk Mahech is about 6km. from Durian round-about in Kampot on national road 3. If we travel from Kampot downtown on National road 3, it's on the right and if we travel from Phnom Penh, it's on the left. Hope you can find and test the taste of Cambodian Noodle "Nom Banchok Teuk Mahech".
