Ingredients:

Pork ribs - 2 pcs.
Oranges - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Honey - 2 tbsp.
Ginger - 1.6 inches (4 cm)
Chili - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Squeeze the juice out of the oranges.

Remove the film from the ribs.

Cut 2 ribs in each slice.

Salt and pepper on 2 sides.

Heat sunflower oil in a skillet.

Fry the ribs on 2 sides over high heat until golden.

Remove the ribs from the skillet.

Chop the garlic.

Finely chop the ginger.

Remove seeds from chili and chop finely.

In the same skillet, fry garlic, ginger and chili over high heat for about 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.

Add the honey and stir to combine.

Add the orange juice and stir to combine.

Return the ribs to the skillet.

Cover with a lid and braise over low heat for 20 minutes.

Remove the lid, turn the heat up to high.

Simmer, turning occasionally, until glazed.
