30g white chocolate
8 g matcha powder
100g milk

♢Mascarpone cream
Fresh cream (35%) 200g
200 g Mascarpone cream
Granulated sugar 36g

♢Bottom dough
Cookies. Cookies. Sponge, etc.


Recipe

You can use any container you like.

You can make it without white chocolate.
You can make it without the white chocolate (strain it as it tends to form lumps).

Let it rest overnight to let it blend into the dough.

If you want a moist dough, we recommend sponge.

If you want a more moist dough, use a sponge.


Tips

Do not let the cream stand too long.
