Für den Kuchen Karpatka habe ich folgende Zutaten genommen:
80 gr Butter
120 ml Milch
120 ml Wasser
1/2 TL Salz
1 EL Zucker
150 gr Mehl
4 Eier
500 ml Milch
2 Eier
3 EL Speisestärke
150 - 170 gr Zucker
1/2 TL Vanilleextrakt
180 gr Butter
1 EL Puderzucker
Backform 22 cm
175 Grad Umluft
30 Minuten backen
